New Vatican publication: Parish at the service of evangelisation

The Vatican’s Congregation for the Clergy releases a new document to help guide the reform of parish communities. It is entitled “The pastoral conversion of the Parish community in the service of the evangelizing mission of the Church.”

This new publication is very much in tune with the ethos and purpose of the Parish Evangelisation Cell System (PECS). It is timely to promote PECS within the Parishes of England as a tool and model of missionary evangelisation to deliver the vision within this new publication.
